After a long wait for surveys and quotations, the screed was poured over the underfloor heating pipes on Wednesday. Thanks to Shane and Ace Concrete Solutions for their excellent service.

Underfloor Heating
The underfloor heating pipework is all now in place in the new kitchen and snug, pressurized, ready for the screed to be poured.

Inglenook
Another step in refurbishing the inglenook we unearthed in the sitting room. I built a new stone plinth a couple of days ago and the slab bed laid today, now waiting for the joints and wall to be lime pointed.

Autumn Morning
